Overview

Historic renovation of the four-story, 110,000 SF Byers Automotive Building in downtown Columbus. The existing building interiors were demolished to open up the floor plans to suit the needs of CCAD. In addition to the interior demolition, all of the existing windows were removed to allow for a new energy efficient window system to be installed.

The space was transformed into art, design and fashion classrooms, studios, galleries and office space. It also houses the school’s MindMarket Program which is a business incubator, project center and thought lab.

Every step of the way we’ve found the employees of Corna Kokosing to be professional, well-informed, savvy, creative, reliable, honest, and committed to both quality and safety. Not only did they deliver every single promise, but they did so on-time, on-budget and with a smile.
