Overview

184,000 SF two-story building that houses an open concept office space, museum/heritage center, training center and cafeteria on a 32-acre green field site. It is a design build project that Corna Kokosing provided the initial budget. Our team worked with the architect, engineers and Honda to ensure the building met their needs and fit within the established budget. It was built to house up to 600 people across multiple disciplines. The training center is used to train associates on the use/repair of robots that are currently utilized in the Marysville Auto Plant.

After the project was completed, Corna Kokosing was honored with a 2015 Honda Indirect Procurement Supplier Award. We received this prestigious award in the category of Performance Excellence which recognizes suppliers for meeting or exceeding performance standards, including quality, cost & delivery targets, service expectations, performance, line down time and safety record. Honda stated ‘Corna Kokosing has all of the resources to perform a wide variety of construction services. Corna was the general contracting company that managed the construction of the Heritage Center, which was completed on time and budget.’
